So today marks the 1st month of working out and watching what I eat. Below are the results:
Weight Loss: 32 pounds
Inches Lost:
Chest: -5
Stomach: -4
Waist: -9
Thighs: -3
ALL IN ALL: I am EXSTATIC. Month 1 was awesome. here is to month 2. WOO HOO!!!!
